Preparation
- Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into a 9x13 glass dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with the strawberry fruit filling, spreading evenly to the edges.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer. Top with the blueberry fruit filling.
- Pipe the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping into swirls on top. Garnish with star sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
