  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter 115g, melted
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese 450g, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar 120g
  • 16 oz Whipped Topping 450g, divided
  • 21 oz Strawberry Fruit Filling 600g
  • 21 oz Blueberry Fruit Filling 600g
  • 2 tbsp Red, White, and Blue Star Sprinkles For garnish

  • 1 9x13 Inch Glass Baking Dish Clear glass is essential for the visual layers.
  • 1 Food Processor For crushing cookies.
  • 1 Piping Bag and Star Tip For the whipped topping swirls.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into a 9x13 glass dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with the strawberry fruit filling, spreading evenly to the edges.
  4. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer. Top with the blueberry fruit filling.
  5. Pipe the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping into swirls on top. Garnish with star sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Wipe your knife with a warm cloth between slices for perfect layers.
