  • 2 cups (480ml) Cold Whole Milk Very cold
  • 8 oz (226g) Whipped Topping Thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups (100g) Mini White Marshmallows
  • 3-4 large Fresh Yellow Bananas Sliced
  • 1 box (11 oz / 311g) Vanilla Wafers Divided for mixing and garnishing

Preparation
  1. Whisk the instant pudding mix and cold milk together in a large bowl for 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until a pale pastel yellow creamy mousse with soft peaks forms.
  3. Fold in the mini white marshmallows, sliced bananas, and crushed vanilla wafer pieces.
  4. Top with whole vanilla wafers standing upright and remaining crushed crumbs. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

To prevent bananas from browning, toss slices in a little lemon juice.
Wait until serving to add the final wafer garnish so they stay crunchy.
