Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your white ceramic baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with 3/4 cup of the buffalo sauce until glossy and fully coated.
Baking
- Spread chicken in the dish. Cover with a thick, uneven layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese shows bubbly, golden-brown toasted spots.
Finishing
- Drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce and ranch. Scatter scallions and blue cheese on top.
