Buffalo Chicken Bake Ingredients
  • 1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken approx 450g
  • 1 cup spicy orange buffalo sauce divided (240ml)
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 170g
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 170g
  • 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing 60ml
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles 30g
  • 3 stalks fresh green scallions finely chopped

  • 1 White ceramic baking dish 9x9 or shallow dish
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your white ceramic baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with 3/4 cup of the buffalo sauce until glossy and fully coated.
Baking
  1. Spread chicken in the dish. Cover with a thick, uneven layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese shows bubbly, golden-brown toasted spots.
Finishing
  1. Drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce and ranch. Scatter scallions and blue cheese on top.

Notes

Use block cheese for better melting.
Watch the broiler closely to avoid burning the toasted bubbles.
