  • 1 lb (454g) Lean Ground Beef 80/20 or 90/10
  • 6 oz (170g) Sharp Orange Cheddar Cheese Cut into small cubes
  • 2 cans (454g each) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Flaky layers variety
  • 4 tbsp (56g) Salted Butter Melted
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh Mince Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 tsp (1g) Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tbsp (10g) Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet For browning beef
  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Pastry Brush For applying garlic butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly and no pink remains. Drain excess fat thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place 1 tablespoon of beef and a cube of cheddar in the center. Pinch seams tightly to seal.
  3. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over hot bombs and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Notes

Seal the seams tightly to prevent cheese leaks.
Use cold cheese cubes for a better melt.
