Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps with Melted Mozzarella and Garlic Sauce

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps feature golden-brown seared garlic chicken, thick melted mozzarella, and a creamy white garlic sauce. Wrapped in toasted flour tortillas, they offer the perfect crunch and an epic cheese pull.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast 680g, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder 5g
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil 30ml
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese 225g, shredded
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Burrito size
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 120ml
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream 60ml
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet Cast iron preferred for better searing.
  • 1 Small mixing bowl For the garlic sauce.

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Toss chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and cracked black pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden-brown and cooked through (about 7 minutes).
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Spread sauce on tortillas, add chicken, mozzarella, and parsley. Roll tightly.
  3. Place wraps in the skillet and toast until light brown char marks appear and cheese is melted.

Notes

Use block mozzarella for the best cheese pull.
Ensure chicken is dry before searing for a better crust.
