  • 1.5 cups (360ml) Strong Espresso Cooled
  • 0.25 cup (60ml) Amaretto Liqueur For coffee soak
  • 16 oz (450g) Mascarpone Cheese Room temperature
  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy Whipping Cream Cold
  • 3 cups (450g) Dark Red Cherries Pitted

Method
 

Assembly Instructions
  1. Simmer pitted cherries with sugar and amaretto until thick and glossy.
  2. Fold whipped heavy cream into sweetened mascarpone until velvety and smooth.
  3. Layer soaked ladyfingers with cream and compote. Top with fresh cherries, syrup drizzle, and almonds.
