  • 3 strips (45g) Bacon Cooked mahogany and wavy
  • 1/2 cup Green leaf lettuce Ruffled
  • 2 slices Tomato Bright red, vine-ripened
  • 1/2 whole (100g) Avocado Ripe
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Ranch dressing Creamy

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season chicken breast and grill over high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until distinct dark char marks appear and internal temp is 165°F (74°C).
  2. Fry bacon until wavy and mahogany-colored. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Mash avocado and whisk with ranch until a pale green, creamy spread forms.
  4. Layer sourdough, avocado ranch, ruffled lettuce, tomato, sliced grilled chicken, and bacon. Top with the second sourdough slice.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
Season tomatoes with a pinch of salt to enhance their natural flavor.
