  • 2 cups Full-fat cottage cheese 450g
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 50g
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder 2g
  • 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds 9g
  • 1 tablespoon Black sesame seeds 9g
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herb flakes 1g, such as parsley or oregano

  • 1 Parchment Paper Brown, crumpled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a tray with crumpled brown parchment paper.
  2. Pulse cottage cheese, parmesan, and garlic powder in a food processor until completely smooth.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture onto the parchment in a thin, even layer (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds and dried herbs, pressing down slightly.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the edges are golden-brown and slightly charred.

Notes

Ensure the crackers are completely cool before breaking them to maintain the crunch.
Use full-fat cottage cheese for the best results.
