  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced raw
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley 15g, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 15ml, fresh squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard 15g
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 2g, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika 1g
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1g, cracked

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat until golden and translucent. Remove from heat immediately to prevent browning.
  2. Whisk in the Dijon mustard and smoked paprika until smooth and slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, fresh parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper.
  4. Add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Whisk until glossy and pour into a ramekin. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Use fresh flat-leaf parsley for the best color and flavor.
