Preparation
- Cook farfalle in salted boiling water until 1 minute before al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until seared and crispy. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the beef. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and red chili flakes before serving in shallow bowls.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for a smoother sauce melt.
