- In a small saucepan, whisk together the au jus gravy mix and beef broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until dark and slightly thickened. Keep warm.
- Lay tortillas flat and place 2 slices of provolone on each. Top evenly with the shredded beef and sprinkle with garlic powder. Fold the sides inward and roll up tightly like a burrito.
