Prepare Tofu
- Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated on all sides.
Cook Tofu and Sauce
- Pan-fry the tofu in a hot skillet with oil until golden-brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Remove tofu, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer until thick and glossy.
- Toss the crispy tofu back into the glaze until caramelized and sticky. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
