Potato Preparation

Steak Searing
- Pat steak bites dry. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2 minutes per side until a deep brown crust forms.
- Lower heat, add butter and garlic. Baste the steak for 1 minute until glossy. Toss in potatoes to coat.
