  • 4 pieces Oval Flatbreads Preferably fluffy naan or pita
  • 1 lb (450g) Chicken Breast Cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 tbsp (2g) Dried Oregano
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil Divided
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Tzatziki Sauce Thick and creamy
  • 1 cup (150g) English Cucumber Diced
  • 1 cup (150g) Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 2 tbsp (5g) Fresh Dill Finely chopped

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet Cast iron or heavy-bottomed preferred for best sear.
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For marinating the chicken.

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Toss chicken chunks with olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden-brown and charred on the edges, about 8-10 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Toast flatbreads until fluffy and slightly charred.
  2. Spread tzatziki, top with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. Finish with feta and fresh dill.

Notes

Ensure chicken is seared in batches to maintain high heat.
Pat cucumbers dry to prevent a soggy flatbread.
