Preparation

Cooking and Assembly
- Cook chicken in a hot skillet for 3-5 minutes per side until dark golden sear marks and herb flecks are visible.
- Warm the pitas in a pan until soft and toasted.
- Layer chicken, tzatziki, onions, tomatoes, and parsley onto the warm pita and serve immediately.

For the best sear, do not move the chicken pieces for the first 3 minutes of cooking.
