Preparation
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and 1 tbsp oregano. Marinate chicken for 30 mins to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C). Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until 165°F (74°C) internal.
- Let chicken rest for 8 minutes. Slice into even pieces and place in a white ceramic bowl.
- Dust with remaining oregano and fresh parsley. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Notes
Ensure the grill is very hot for dark char marks.
