Ingredients
  

Slider Components
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls Kept whole as a slab
  • 1 lb (450g) honey ham thinly sliced
  • 8-10 slices Swiss cheese Thick slices
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (5g) minced dried onions
  • 1 tsp (3g) black poppy seeds

  • 1 9x13 inch baking dish Rectangular
  • 1 Serrated Knife For clean cuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the entire pack of rolls horizontally in half.
  2. Place bottom of rolls in a greased 9x13 pan. Layer folded ham across the rolls.
  3. Top ham with Swiss cheese slices, ensuring they overlap slightly.
  4. Mix melted butter, mustard, onions, and poppy seeds. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 10-12 mins. Uncover and bake 5-8 mins until golden brown.

Notes

Fold the ham for better texture.
Always use foil for the first half of baking to prevent burning.
