- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Cut into uniform 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until a dark golden-brown crust forms. Flip and sear for 1 more minute.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is thick, glossy, and amber-colored.
- Toss salmon in the glaze to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over jasmine rice.
