Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice jalapenos in half and remove seeds. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder until a thick white and orange mixture forms.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. Roast for 15-20 minutes until skins are blistered and cheese has toasted spots.
- Top immediately with crispy bacon crumbles and sliced green onions. Serve on a wooden board.
