  • 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff Also known as marshmallow creme (198g)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure extract preferred (5ml)
  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries Whole with leafy tops
  • 2 large Granny Smith Apples Sliced and treated with lemon juice
  • 1 bunch Purple Grapes Washed and patted dry

Method
 

Whipping the Base
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese on medium-high speed until it has a glossy sheen and is completely smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and whip on medium speed for another 2 minutes until thick, fluffy, and smooth with soft peaks.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and beat for a final 30 seconds to incorporate.
  4. Serve in a white ceramic bowl on a wooden platter surrounded by fresh strawberries, sliced green apples, and purple grapes.

Notes

Always use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
Toss apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning during the party.
