- Season chicken strips with oregano and salt. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until edges are charred and golden-brown.
- Halve tomatoes, slice cucumbers, and sliver red onions.
- Divide rice into 4 bowls. Top with sections of chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and onion. Add a dollop of tzatziki and feta.
