Prep and Marinade
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano in a bowl. Add chicken chunks and toss to coat. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken chunks until golden-brown and cooked through (165°F).
- Warm flour tortillas in a dry pan until light golden-brown toasted spots appear.
Assembly
- Spread tzatziki on a tortilla, add chicken, tomatoes, onions, feta, and parsley.
Notes
Ensure the skillet is very hot before adding chicken for the best sear.
