Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 white ceramic baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk sour cream, mayo, and ranch seasoning. Fold in diced chicken until heavily coated.
- Spread chicken in the dish. Top with a thick layer of shredded cheddar. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese has golden-brown toasted spots.
- Top with crispy bacon bits and sliced green onions immediately after removing from the oven.
