Sangria Components
  • 1 bottle (750ml) Moscato Wine Chilled
  • 3 whole Fresh Peaches Sliced into thin crescents
  • 1 cup (125g) Fresh Raspberries Whole
  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh Blueberries Whole
  • Ice Cubes For serving
  • 6 sprigs Fresh Mint For garnish

  • 1 Large Glass Pitcher Clear glass preferred
  • 6 Stemless Wine Glasses

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruit. Slice the fresh peaches into thin crescent shapes, leaving the skin on for color.
  2. Add sliced peaches, whole raspberries, and blueberries to a large clear glass pitcher.
  3. Pour the chilled Moscato over the fruit and stir very gently. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.
  4. Fill stemless wine glasses with ice. Pour sangria and fruit into glasses. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve immediately.

Notes

Use freestone peaches for easier slicing.
For a sparkling version, use Moscato d'Asti.
