  • 1 box (15.25 oz / 432g) Chocolate Cake Mix Devil's Food preferred
  • 1 1/4 cups (300ml) Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 3/4 cup (190g) Creamy Peanut Butter Melted slightly for swirling
  • 2 cups (250g) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Chocolate Syrup For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your white ceramic baking dish with butter.
  2. Whisk together cake mix, milk, and melted butter until combined but still showing small crumbs.
Layering
  1. Pour batter into the dish. Drop melted peanut butter on top and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled look.
  2. Top generously with chopped Reese's peanut butter cups, ensuring they cover the surface.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are caramelized and center is set.
  2. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with chocolate syrup in a zig-zag pattern.

Notes

Use a white ceramic dish for better heat distribution and caramelized edges.
Do not over-swirl the peanut butter or it will blend completely into the chocolate.
