Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Pizza Dough 454g, fresh or store-bought
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese 225g, cut into 1/2-inch cubes or pearls
  • 50 slices Pepperoni Small, thin slices
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter 56g, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce 240ml, for dipping

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Pastry Brush

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the 1 lb (454g) of dough into 12-15 equal pieces and roll into balls.
Assembly
  1. Flatten each dough ball, place 3-4 pepperoni slices and one cube of mozzarella in the center.
  2. Pinch the dough edges tightly to seal, ensuring no cheese can escape.
Flavor & Bake
  1. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush generously over the dough balls.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden-brown and slightly blistered.

Notes

Let the bombs rest for 3 minutes after baking to ensure the cheese doesn't run out too quickly.
Always use low-moisture mozzarella for the best cheese pull.
