- In a medium bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Heat the pulled pork in a skillet with the BBQ sauce over medium heat until glossy and warmed through.
- Place bottom rolls on a tray. Layer pork thickly. Add top rolls. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley. Bake at 350°F for 10 mins.
- Remove from oven, lift the bun tops, and add a generous scoop of cold coleslaw to each slider before serving.
Notes
Toast the rolls before adding pork to prevent sogginess.
