  • 12 count Hawaiian Sweet Rolls sliced horizontally
  • 1.5 lbs Shredded Pulled Pork pre-cooked
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce rich and dark
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat the pulled pork in a skillet with the BBQ sauce over medium heat until glossy and warmed through.
  3. Place bottom rolls on a tray. Layer pork thickly. Add top rolls. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley. Bake at 350°F for 10 mins.
  4. Remove from oven, lift the bun tops, and add a generous scoop of cold coleslaw to each slider before serving.

Notes

Toast the rolls before adding pork to prevent sogginess.
Use a dark BBQ sauce for a glossier visual finish.
