Preparation
- Drop 24 half-teaspoon dollops of caramel sauce onto parchment paper and freeze for 30-60 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Flatten 1 tbsp of cheesecake mix, place a frozen caramel center inside, and roll into a sphere. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Mix crushed pretzels with melted butter. Roll cheesecake balls in pretzels, drizzle with remaining caramel, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Notes
Make sure the caramel sauce is thick (like a jarred sundae topping) so it doesn't leak.
