Prepare the Mix-ins
- Wilt spinach in a pan, squeeze out all liquid using a towel, and finely chop.
- Cut the white cheddar into small 1/4 inch cubes to ensure melted pockets.
Cook the Burgers
- Mix chicken, spinach, and cheese. Form into 4 patties with a thumbprint in the middle.
- Heat oil in skillet and cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until charred edges appear and internal temp is 165F.
Notes
Always squeeze the spinach dry to prevent soggy burgers.
