Prepare the Steak
- Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot cast-iron skillet for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain into strips.
Prepare the Corn and Sauce
- In the same skillet, cook corn kernels over high heat until they develop dark charred spots, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic in a blender. Process until smooth and pale green.
Assembly
- Place greens in a bowl. Arrange steak strips, avocado slices, and charred corn on top. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with chili flakes.
