Layering Process
- For each layer, bloom 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup (120ml) water. Heat until dissolved, then stir in flavored gelatin.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cup (80ml) silver tequila. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Pour into mold. Freeze for 10 minutes until tacky. Repeat for all 5 colors to create the rainbow effect.
- Chill overnight. Slice into rectangles, insert sticks, and brush heavily with silver edible glitter dust.
Notes
Ensure each layer is room temperature before pouring to prevent melting.
