  • 1 tsp Edible gold glitter flakes

Equipment

  • 1 Rimmed Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Offset spatula

Method

Prepare the Base
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle using an offset spatula.
Swirl and Top
  1. Mix small portions of yogurt with pink and purple coloring, then dollop onto the white base.
  2. Use a toothpick to create marbleized swirls through the colored dollops.
  3. Scater the star sprinkles, gold glitter, and nonpareils densely across the top.
Freeze and Shatter
  1. Freeze for at least 3 hours until completely solid.
  2. Remove from freezer and snap into irregular, jagged triangular shards.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture that doesn't get too icy.
Do not over-swirl the colors or they will become muddy.
