- Arrange watermelon cubes on a baking sheet and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- Combine frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, sweetener, and salt in a blender. Pulse and then blend until a smooth icy frozen watermelon puree forms.
- Scoop three rounded balls into a chilled white ceramic bowl. Top with fresh mint leaves and scatter black seeds across the surface.
Notes
Use a seedless watermelon for ease, but add saved seeds back for the visual effect.
