  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz / 397g
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter 28g
  • 1 box Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix 3.4 oz / 96g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5ml
  • 1 cup Vanilla Wafers 100g, crushed
  • 36 pieces Mini Vanilla Wafers Whole

  • 1 8x8 Baking Pan Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Medium Saucepan Heavy-bottomed
  • 1 Silicone Spatula

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the dry pudding mix and vanilla extract until the mixture turns pale yellow and thickens.
  4. Fold in half the crushed wafers and spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and press whole mini wafers into the top. Chill for 4 hours until set with a matte finish.

Notes

Use a warm knife for clean slices.
Ensure pudding mix is 'Instant' and not 'Cook and Serve'.
